In collaboration with builder Konrady & Son and architect Sullivan Design Company, this new build on Wrightsville Beach combines the best of modern and traditional design to create a laid back classic coastal feel. With a neutral palette and pops of blue, this home reflects the beauty of the Atlantic ocean, which is in clear view from the expansive open living/dining/kitchen/sunroom on the third floor. With a primarily light and bright feel, the home includes a few unexpected moody spaces in the cozy master bedroom with custom wainscoting and tonal greige den, both perfect spaces to unwind after a day in the sunshine. The custom built-in bunks and downstairs wet bar make this the perfect home for hosting out-of-town guests. We designed custom cabinetry with Hollingsworth, selected durable countertops from Sellers and a variety of timelessly beautiful tile from Refine Tile & Design for a result that feels both sophisticated and laid back.
