This oceanfront home on Wrightsville Beach had been flipped by the previous owners, but only halfheartedly and primarily for use as a rental. When our clients came to us with requests for their new full time home - a larger kitchen, open entertaining space, and laid-back comfort for their beach lifestyle - we knew it would be a good one! A relocation of the HVAC system, intentional space planning, a few widened doorways, and a new kitchen later - this space is now the inviting coastal escape the homeowners had been dreaming of.
